Hiring? Say what it pays.

Post the job where people are already reading about Montego Bay. It comes with the Featured listing at $35 a month, and runs for thirty days.

What you’re agreeing to

Every job says what it pays
A figure or a range, on every listing. If an employer won't say, it doesn't go up. You should not have to take a bus across town to find out a wage.
No listing may ask you for money
Not a fee, not a deposit, not payment for training or a uniform. Any employer who asks is removed from this site, and you should tell us.
You always know who is hiring
Every job names the business and links to them on this site. No anonymous posts.
Nothing here is older than 30 days
Listings come down automatically. If it's on this page, it was open this month.

Why the wage is compulsory

Most job ads in Jamaica don’t state one, so people spend bus fare and a morning finding out. Putting the figure on the listing is the whole reason somebody would check this page before the others — and it gets you applicants who already accept the rate.
